contraswing, contratilt
contraswing/contratilt effects are produced when the “focus plane” is made non-parallel to the “recording plane” in a manner that renders as less in focus prominent areas of the photograph, producing “the toy city” look.
Regardless of whether the contraswing/ contratilt effects were produced with the camera or with software, photographs showing these effects are always disqualified from TTG.
Note that using swing or tilt to render prominent areas of the photograph more in focus — something that press photographers were doing decades before the digital era — does not disqualify the result from TTG.
