“Forms and shapes” is a more user-friendly term for non-“light”-related aspects of the depiction of things in photographs.

Most depictions of things in photographs have both non-“light”-related aspects and “light”-related aspects.

As per P2, if a photograph is to qualify for the TTG label, then — apart from the effects of the Allowable Changes linked in P2 — forms and shapes in that photograph cannot be added, deleted, replaced, resized, moved, modified, blurred, or reshaped.
