motion blur
Genuine motion blur does not disqualify photographs from TTG.
“Motion blur” is as old as photography itself.
“Genuine” motion blur occurs when the relationship changes between the camera and the subject during the exposure.*
The only limit on motion blur is the sasibe standard (as per P4).
_____________
*Note that photographs are always disqualified from TTG when they depict any effects that look like motion blur but are not caused by “changes in the relationship between the camera and the subject during the exposure.” See the guide to motion photography for details.
