I don’t get it. What’s the story?

1. We can no longer worry about identifying images we cannot trust.

There are just too many deceptive images now to bother.

2. Instead, we must focus on identifying which images we can trust.

These are increasingly rare and important.

3. Unfortunately, the #1 images can look just as believable as the #2 images look.

The only sure way to avoid getting deceived is to identify which sources of images can be trusted.

4. Unfortunately with respect to #3, untrustworthy image sources can look just as believable as trustworthy sources look.

The only sure way to judge which image sources are credible is the frequent application of “trust tests.” That's why TTG was created.
